By accessing or using the MINDCRAFTER INSTITUTE website, student portal, and mobile applications, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please review them carefully before enrolling or using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling as a student, accessing faculty portals, or using our mobile application, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age or accessing with parental/guardian authorization, and agree to adhere to these terms and the institute's code of conduct.

2. Scope of Educational Services

Mindcrafter Institute delivers comprehensive academic coaching and educational management services, including:

• Classroom and digital academic programs from Class I to XII (Science, Commerce, Arts).
• English Spoken and practical Computer training courses.
• Attendance tracking, scheduled mock examinations, and progress reports.
• Digital study material, assignments, and academic query resolution.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

• Users are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and passwords. Sharing credentials with unauthorized individuals is strictly prohibited.
• Students and guardians agree to provide accurate and verifiable enrollment data.
• Any deliberate attempt to bypass platform security, disrupt server operations, or reverse-engineer systems will result in immediate termination and legal action under the IT Act, 2000.

4. Code of Conduct & Academic Integrity

Students must respect classroom decorum, tutors, and peers. Cheating on evaluations, uploading unauthorized or offensive materials to discussion forums, or misusing campus facilities (monitored by 24/7 CCTV) may lead to suspension without fee refund.

5. Fee Payment & Refund Policy

All tuition and admission fees must be paid according to the schedule agreed upon at enrollment. Fee receipts are issued digitally or on campus. Tuition fees once paid are non-refundable except under special circumstances explicitly approved in writing by the institute management.

6. Intellectual Property

All course curricula, worksheets, branding, logos, software features, and educational content are proprietary to Mindcrafter Institute. No portion of the learning material may be reproduced or distributed without explicit written permission.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute or grievance arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
